Black beans pie recipe

● 1box Puff Pastry Sheets

● flour

● 3can Black beans 

● 1 cup of sugar or less

● 1 egg

 Boil the black beans for about 10 minutes and drain the water.

Return the beans to the pot and add sugar and mix it while crushing (low fire)

Cut a pie sheet

Place beans on a sheet and wrap it.

put mixed raw egg on the top

it takes about 15 minutes at 400℉. 

and than 15 minutes at 385℉

Remove the sheet and let it cool

You can Put whipped cream on top.  Let's eat!!
